"When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Worst customer service. I just finished shopping here and the lady in the register treated my mother poorly. They didn’t even let her know that it was a $1 for a bag for her item before charging her. When my daughter had just purchased something and they didn’t charge her anything for the bag for her item ? My mom felt really discriminated. We love Aldo but after this experience I honestly am sick to my stomach I wanted to return the items but my mother is very kind and doesn’t speak up but thankfully I was there. I will not tolerate any discrimination towards my mother and I will stand up for her . It’s not about the $1 bc we spent money at your store it’s about the feeling you made my mother feel !!! DO BETTER !!!!"
