"I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. The level of disrespect and dismissive attitude towards me is inexcusable. The young man refused to give his name. Saying there’s was no manager and basically take my complaint up with corporate. I will never shop here again. This is not only a reflection of Sheikh but the Baldwin Hills plaza. It’s easy to hide behind a mask and not show empathy. After driving 97 minutes to get there and to get treated as if I was unimportant hurt my feelings. Depression is real and I’m suffering from hard times. They’ll never get no more money out of me. I’m taking my business to Footlocker. Champ’s, Finish Line…anywhere but here. They suck big time. Spend your dollars where you’re treated with respect because it’s not here."
