She was looking mad because she has to organize her clothes and we bought $400 worth of clothes but customer service was zero!! Their salesgirl/ woman should nice to customers. "I love Express clothing and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. Customer service is horrible, every time I’m shopping or picking up an online order with my stroller they look at me from top to bottom. They follow me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I call it racial profiling , store associates are nice depending on color and race I have experienced it many times!"

"I bought 2 sweaters because there was a sign that read buy one get one 50% off! The cashiers informed me that the sweaters were reg. price. She asked me to show her the sign. I walked her to the rack(sweaters and pants on rack) where I got the sweaters and she pointed out that the sign said Pants Buy one get one 50% off. I asked nicely if they could honor the price since the sign is deceiving. She said no! I asked for the mgr. and she said I am the mgr.=/ then I said to her well maybe you should remove all the sweaters from the rack because I'm sure someone else will be mislead aswell. She said no, the sign reads pants!!! Wowww, customer service sucked!"
