I come to Tulare’s when I know what I want and don’t expect any decent help from the staff here. So if you expect to be helped don’t be disappointed, it’s not their forte."

"In all honesty, I’d much rather shop at the Pismo or Tejon location where I would 100% be valued and acknowledged. Not once was acknowledged upon entering the store. 2/5 associates were doing their actual job and the others were standing around looking very unenthusiastic and not making any eye contact to any customer. When it came time to make my purchase, the associate didn’t bother to engage in a conversation and didn’t even ask if I was a Coach Insider; all they responded with was “oh”. Management should definitely retrain their staff on basic customer service skills or seek better talent. You can definitely tell that they are basically there for a paycheck which says a lot about the store’s atmosphere."
