"Be very careful here. I ordered a mixed drink, a White Russian. Pretty simple drink made with half and half. Well, rather than simply say we don't have half and half. Would you like something else? Instead the Male bartender tried to hide the fact that he was making it with 1% milk instead and served it to me. What a Jerk. After I called him out, (understandably not happy about this) he got very angry with me and cut me off from ordering anything else. What? You need to own up your mistakes, not push out business. What a terrible way to act. What a terrible way to treat your customers."

"Horrible service. I have never been treated as rudely as the way the bartender lady treated me today. The bartender when I asked for a drink in a glass cup said she’s trying to save those as she was running out and wanted to give me a drink in a plastic cup even though I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER she made it seem like a hassle complaining out loud. We left $0 tip due to the lack of customer service and mistreatment then she says out loud in front of everyone there WOW NO TIP then walks over to some customers who I’m guessing are regulars who started laughing at us while looking at us. We then went to the front of the place to talk to management the guy in the front playing games on his phone looked up and then proceeded to tell us she Can say whatever she wants and then we asked for his name and then we asked the MANAGER what his name is and he then proceeded to say im not giving it to you I did nothing wrong you don’t need it. Overall terrible service I would never recommend this place to anyone"

"This place is great. They have really good food and drinks from their restaurant and bar. They have about a dozen TVs including a gigantic one to watch all the different sports that are being played. And if you get bored you can go watch people bowling. Really nice place to hang out."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive. My coworkers and I went there for karaoke. We got there at 6PM to have drinks and play pool before karaoke started. We were told that karaoke was going to start at 8 pm. Around 8:15, we asked again about karaoke. We were told he may start up at 9. We decided to wait. We had an early flight in the morning. When 9 pm. came, and there was no sign of the KJ, we asked what's going on. We were told that the kj wasn't coming and that this is a regular thing with him. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because it was my decision to go there versus the other karaoke places. I should've known something was wrong when I called ahead of time, and the number listed was for a cell phone that no one answered."
