"If you are considering purchasing any Dr. Martens merchandise, I recommend shopping in the store. Never buy online. I still have not received a refund for the shoes I returned. Besides, the store does not provide any support for online purchases. As you can see from the website, you can't contact them by email for online purchases, and they don't answer the phone when you call them."

"We had an amazing experience, the sales associate was very nice and slow with us working on me getting a shoe that fits. Overall store felt very approachable, clean with modern styles along with the classics. They only have full sizes and I am a 7.5 she helped me work through adding and finding a boot that fit well. A staff member laid out shoes for me, made me feel very comfortable, she listened to my concerns with my feet and recommended products and let me test for better insight.
