"I had one of the best experiences at the Vacaville Skechers. I had the pleasure of being helped by LIZ. She greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. They didn't have my size at this store, so she worked her magic, found them for me, and was able to ship them. Liz was very welcoming and overall genuine in helping out the customer. Fabulous customer service!"

"Let me start with how I love their footwear. I have been primarily wearing them since about 2010. However, after my experience here, I will no longer support the brand. !!AVOID THIS STORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THE RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I have tried to give them business on more than one occasion over the past year. Not once have I left making a purchase because I gave up minutes after walking in due to how incredibly rude the staff here is. You ask them a question, and they outwardly show their annoyance with having to do their job. I ask a question about the difference of two styles of shoes and get a response of "one has a special heel while the other has memory foam." That part was self-explanatory given their names. Last I checked, the goal of a clothing retail associate is to get customers to make purchases and leave them wanting to return for repeat business. In many clothing retail stores, there are individual sales goals each day that are used to gauge the associate's performance and I a quantifiable statistic in performance reviews. So why is it that the staff here seems to want you to leave as fast as possible? My wife even asked a question about a shoe that they carried but appeared to be out of. The employee made an audible sound of annoyance and just said that was all there was. My wife asked a simple question as to when they might be back in stock or if it was being discontinued. The employee just replied that we don't have them, so I don't know what to tell you and walked off. Now, I have over a decade of clothing retail experience with management level duties and can say that this is not how any retail store should be operating. I can't speak for here but about every retailer will have the ability to either check local store for stock or order it online for you to ensure that you don't walk out and never make a purchase. As of this point, I am tired of dealing with Sketchers' poorly trained and rude staff. I will no longer be shopping here or at any Sketchers location going forward. I will go back to buying premium brands like Jordan's. I am done with a company that can't seem to get their own stores properly staffed with quality employees who can take pride in what they do and offer expert customer service. Again, it wouldn't be such a big issue if this were an isolated incident, but when it is the whole staff blowing you off, it is clear that there needs to be a complete change of staff starting with upper management."
"Horrible customer service!! This is the second time I have tried to use my account when purchasing shoes. They are not set up to access a person's coupons through phone number or email address. I had to set up a new account last time. Arg! Wasn't about to do that again. Men were not interested in assisting customers nor were they knowledgeable. They tried to tell me sandles don't have half sizes."
