Secondly they increased the price from what was on the box. Making excuse that shoes were in the wrong box. The manager was the rudest. They expect us as customer to go and organize their store and put the shoes for them in the right box. They are spam"

"My husband and me went to sketchers on El Camino. We ask one Person to help us find the shoes. And she said they don't have that shoe and just walked away. That was really rude. I asked her If she could order them online And she just walked away. And just told us to come back tomorrow. We were there on 11/06/2023 Monday. We will not be going back to that store With such Rude customer service"

"Very rude and passive aggressive behavior from the staff at the checkout. I have been getting sketchers shoes for a long time now, and I always use my work discount through passport corporate. First there was this lady who was not at all I retested in doing her job, and when I asked for work discount, she called another one, who I guess specializes in being rude. She started telling me that the show I was getting is not a “work shoe” (according to her definition) and that she could not apply the corporate discount. In her register, it clearly mentioned that the discount can be applied to work, casual, sport or performance shoes. I have been to this store before, and this was never the case. Even today, one of the in store employe was very courteous and helpful. But the two I met at the cash register ruined my experience and I may not visit this store again."
