No navy blue dye, no belt cutters or belt hole punchers, no small screwdrivers to remove old and attach new buckles. Maybe they just aren’t willing to help black patrons since it appears they’re entire clientele is white! It used to be easy to find shoe repair shops but now they’ve all shutdown and frankly The Cobblers will be next. If you can’t figure out how to retain customers, you’re done."

"Bought a pair of boots from them about 4 years ago and the boots have been going strong. Only change the sole out every year but the boot has held up against how much I walk and travel. The elastic material has held up too, which is very surprising considering that’s usually only good for a few years. The sales team was extremely honest and helpful."

Owner refused to take the shoes back and l had never walked even 1 mile in them Nof a very customer oriented place. Years ago It was a much better place $160 down the drain. Gave the shoes away 2yrs later."
