"Fantastic service great vibe. Food was good a little above average. They are a cantina but DO NOT serve alcohol. They said they will be soon but as of our visit they did not. The pork belly was amazing and the best dish we had. The quest fundido was delicious but the addition of chorizo would have made it over the top delicious. The Asada is not a traditional Carne Asada. It was a bit chewy and I would not get it again. The breakfast tacos were delicious. You can't go wrong giving this place a try and maybe you'll enjoy the asada more than we did. I will definitely be back once they open the bar and give other items a try."

"Ordered a burrito, the presentation was beautiful and it tasted yummy. Great flavor, the rice was softer and tastier than most Mexican rice’s I’ve tasted. The chips n dips were also amazing ~ slight kick to salsa but I’m a wimp. BF order pastor tacos and he enjoyed them. Praying they get their liquor license soon!"

The tortilla chips are crisp and taste fresh, the ideal accompaniment to the creamy guacamole. The salsas are not strong. Smokey and flavorful but still lacking that fire that makes your palate come alive. For the main course we had the mouthwatering creamy chocolate mole chicken enchiladas, the amazing grilled fish tacos, carne asada and chicken tacos. Wow! Delicious, fresh and simply a fiesta of flavors in your mouth. Our meal was complemented by an authentic Mexican cucumber agua fresca drink. With its vibrant ambiance, attentive service and outstanding cuisine, this restaurant captures the festive spirit of Mexico and delivers it to your plate."

"I was so happy to see “Mole chicken enchiladas” on the Menu which is what I had, they were pretty good and the presentation gives it a nice touch. I am a big Chips and salsa person and they did not disappoint. Host and waitress were very attentive and ask for any feedback as they just opened and they’re trying to sort things out. So please keep that in mind before giving a NEW business a negative review! It’s not easy opening a business, never the less in this economy and in a city like Simi Valley!
