First off, forgive me but there was a woman working this past Saturday and she helped me with buying Le High Flare in Film Noir, I think her name started with a D? Could be wrong. However, I need to say, best service I have had in a long time. Not only did she find fits that worked for my body she was attentive, pleasant, funny, kind and basically all I could ever want in someone helping me buy jeans. I told her I would be back because I am only buying my jeans from Frame now. I stand by that as long as you have wonderful people like her working there. This goes without saying but the jeans are incredible from style, selection, quality, price and most importantly fit. Worth the price for both service and product. Thank you."

"We went in last month. The sales people stood around yapping. We asked to try on some items bought, without their help. We needed an item altered and they forgot about it and we had to call. 2 weeks later we got the item but the alternation wasn't done. Not a fun experience."
