Reviews
"DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. My boyfriend was assaulted by another patron and the staff did nothing. On top of that, the music is loud and the vibe is just plain odd. You’d think it was a front for a money laundering scheme considering the bar is always empty."
"I love dive bars don't get me wrong but this was loud, empty, bad service, and this place has become extremely dangerous. For your safety, don't go. The bouncer will watch fights and not intervene. It's also very loud in there with beams of light that produce actual heat when you place your hand underneath it."
"Feels like a money laundering scheme. Maybe just the times I've gone but it's always empty and a weird uncomfortable vibe. The security guard wanted to justify my friend getting sucker punched in the face by some stranger. Bartenders are meh. Off putting vibes."
"Been to this bar since it was Ferns then the Bird and now the hideout, I love how it looks now when it was Ferns it was smelly dirty they didn't keep up with the bar or restrooms seemed like homeless ppl were there all the time, they've changed it so much it seems bigger spacious smells clean it's organized well attented enjoy the DJ very much there's a good space to dance and hang out, alcohol prices are good they even have happy hour well worth it. They don't sell food, but there are many spots in the area to grab a bite."
"A friend and I went in to play some pool early afternoon on a Sunday. We've played pool there when it was a Ferns pretty my much our whole lives so we thought it was just a name change. We were wrong. There was crazy strobe lights and disco lights and a huge DJ booth blasting some club music. Horrible atmosphere for a dive bar. What was funny was they were putting on a huge display and the bar was empty. On the plus side, they added pinball but even after dropping money on the pool table we just had to leave. I think the bar is having an identity crisis... hope they figure it out soon."
