Next, while in the store a customer came in complaining about something that very much obviously affected one of the guys working in which showed in his face he was upset/angry. When my partner asked them which grills did they own themselves, he hardly acknowledged him and when he answered he didn't even look at him to say his response! Very rude disgusting workers. Even the vibe just felt dead in that store. Don't waste your time going."
"I recently purchased a Kamodo Jo Classic from the Torrance store there was a little bit of a mix up with the order and these guys Eric in particular were amazing. Eric Resolved the issue in a matter of hours and got the item replaced. Being able to talk to someone over the phone or in person when you want advise or you have an issue is invaluable. If you are looking to buy a BBQ GO TO THIS STORE. They will also price match which is amazing."
