"I have had great experiences at many other Lululemon stores (other Californian stores, in Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto, and Asia) but for some reason there is always something off about this location in particular and after my experience today I have decided to not shop here anymore. A pair of pants were mislabeled and the store manager refused to honor the price after making us wait in line for quite a while. The cashier was very apologetic but said his hands are tied and there was nothing he could have done. They removed the lower price tag as soon as we asked if there’s a policy that requires sellers to honor the price as advertised. Oh well, they don’t need me as a customer here and I won’t be going back"

"I LOVE this Lululemon store. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful. Today I was assisted by the lovely Emily. She was so kind, attentive and super helpful. She quickly helped me with 2 items I needed exchanged and also went out of her way to help me call other stores to order for me. Even though they were busy she then helped me with my hemming I needed. Everyone there was so kind but Emily definitely went above and beyond.
