"Had the most shameful experience with Footlocker & WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! 04/19/22 - ordered shoes through this location. 04/22/22 - shoes hadn't arrived. Used order number to search delivery tracker on footlocker website. Website said my order ID was not valid. So I decided to check my email to see if anything had been emailed to me. After a search, an email that was in my spam folder from Footlocker said they searched all their stores and could not locate my shoes and instructed me to go into the store for a refund. 04/23/22 - called the store. A new employee said he couldn't help because he doesn't know what to do and he didn't have anyone there to help him. Called corporate and asked why my money was taken and an order placed if they didn't have the shoes. The CSR, Vany, said the store doesn't have access to what's available. I told him that it was a ridiculous business practice to take people's money and make orders if they couldn't determine if they could fill the order, and a company as large as Footlocker should know how to practice ethical business. He didn't care. I then asked him why my money hadn't been refunded and a notification sent to me about a refund. He said they wait for customer calls to make refunds. I asked him how they would think that was acceptable and that if I hadn't search for an email, I wouldnt have even known there was a problem. I also said this sounds like a shady and deceptive practice and asked how much money Footlocker has held onto when busy people firget abput their orders. He had no answer. I asked when my money would be refunded. He said it would take 5-7 business days. I asked what Footlocker intended to do for me for the inconvenience. THIS IDIOT TOLD ME IT WASNT AN INCONVENIENCE. I told him a million social media users would probably disagree and Footlocker should know how well people express disappointment with poor business through social media. He was nonapologetic and defended this shady business practice. I asked to speak tobhis manager, and have been on hold for almost 17 minutes so far. I don't believe they intend to answer. Will try get back to update. Maddy, a manager, listened to our experience with Vany, said she understood our complaint, but said this is how they do business, but will not provide any offer for our inconvenience. I asked if she felt this experience of poor service and my wasted time was acceptable. SHE SAID YES!!! She then proceeded to defend this practice, I told her to stop the conversation and there was nothing more to discuss. Who the he'll trains your people Footlocker?!!! Ridiculous, disgusting business, BOYCOTT FOOTLOCKER!!!"
"We were just in store about to purchase a pair of black Nike Huaraches in size 12. We asked to try them on loved them, but they were very dirty and used. They looked as if someone returned them.. one shoe was new and clean the other was dirty had spots on top of it and the bottom was black with dirt and grease. We asked if there was another pair in back the sales girl gave us a huge attitude after I told her these are very dirty and looked used and if they had a new pair for us purchase. She said very rudely that they are new shoes, that their floor is just dirty, and they have no more in our size. I explained that new shoes do not have spots on them, dirt and grease on the bottom of them and to top that off they were stretched out! I asked if I purchase them can you guys at least offer a discount if we are about to pay $100+ for extremely dirty shoes that are not in new condition ....she said "NO" with a very poor attitude. She did not offer to order some for us or anything... I'm am so disappointed in the store and service today! We have been there many times and every time we were happy with the sales people (men) and the quality of the shoes... today this location lost very loyal customers. My advise is check out the shoes before purchasing...you don't want to pay for new shoes and get stuck with used shoes."
