"They saw I was drunk and overcharged me on my card for 6 hookah when I only ordered one. Checked my account and let them know, been 2 weeks and still waiting on the refund. I don’t plan on going here anymore; I’ll clarify even more. I went in ordered one hookah, paid and sat down, was brought my one hookah, checked account and let the counter person know, said I also paid for the people that came right after me so I went to talk to them then we both went up to the counter and let them know they messed up and I was told I’d get my refund in 5-10 business days. It’s been 5-10 business days 11/06 was the date I went. Time frame 1-3am. Funny part was the people that came in after me told me they had already paid for their own hookah so it just makes me wonder"

"Good service and music, but beware on the weekends it gets incredibly packed, and the line can take up to more than an hour. Other than that, their hookahs last surprisingly long and the flavors are great. To put in perspective, me and 2 others were sharing one hookah and lasted 1.5 hours."
