Great American Grill

"I have eaten here many times and I’ve always had a great experience. Some servers are more enthusiastic than others but they are overall happy to help. The main reason for my review is because I recently booked our office Christmas party here, it hasn’t even happened yet, but I had to brag about Casey! He was so helpful, funny, and patient in helping me make all the right choices for our Christmas party. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and kept it in our budget. His service and adaptability is what every business should be looking to hire! I can go on and on but seriously, Great American Grill is lucky to have Casey and he will be one of the many reasons we keep coming back."

"This restaurant was absolutely amazing, I ordered the steak salad and the steak was very well seasoned and a perfect medium rare. The salad was really fresh with a lot of color that brighten the dish, my family and I even made friends with the waitress and the waiter, who gave us the best customer service, the food was a little pricey but definitely worth going to, 10/10 would eat here again!!!"

"Hope our receipt was an unintentional error and not on purpose to generate more tips. We did notice a 20% tip was added to our tab last night but almost added an additional 17% not realizing tip was included. Wanted to leave just 17% since service was so so but just paid without asking why 20% tip was included. It was not until we reviewed the receipt a day later that we noticed our table for 4 that requested 2 separate checks was listed as a table with 9 guests on the receipt--not sure I will be going back. Food was good; service was average; Lemondrop very tasty."

"First time here for dinner and had a great dinner on their nice patio. Chicken Marsala, and they were happy to modify it for us to be on mashed potatoes instead of pasta. So good! Really, it was super yummy - the kind of food you always hope for when you dine out. Also enjoyed a nice bourbon old fashioned on the rocks and nice service that did not leave us hanging. We will be back!"

"This place is a little gem in Hilmar. Great atmosphere, music was great 80-90s. Food is amazing!! We went for lunch and I had the steak salad, this was beyond delicious and huge plate! Hubby had the crispy chicken sandwich, he loved it but was jelly over my steak salad. I will definitely go here again."
