"I seriously HATE this location. It is the worst ever. Their customer service sucks. You can stand there holding a shoe and make eye contact with 10 employees and no one asks to assist you. They also don't allow you to even TRY ON the display shoes! Never again."

"Horrible company!! Don’t shop from this store, or any other Finish Line, but especially DO NOT SHOP online, and pick up at store. I thought I had snagged a pair of Air Force ones as a Christmas gift to pick up at this location same day. I get an email saying shoes are ready for pickup. 30 minutes later another email saying transaction had to be cancelled. Best part of that was they placed a hold on my money. So I had no way to buy or order another pair of shoes for Christmas. I was on the phone on hold for hours, I spoke with someone named Aubrey, she said I would get my money back anywhere from 24hrs-72hrs since it wasn’t an actual “refund”, but a cancelled order. She said I would get my money back at the latest Monday . It is now Monday and I have no received my money back .I’m on hold with customer service, let’s see how long it takes me to talk to someone this time."

"So they tend to have shoes for a busy place. The staff are pretty good. The manager I met named Junior, Was cool he helped me out to help me save some money. Sometimes you gotta talk a little bit, but they are willing to help people out! Pretty good selection of shoes."
