"The people who work there are nice, but spread out in terms of workload. If they talk to you, they can't work at the register with the long line of people. My parents bought shoes there and gave them up they were uncomfortable, because the store doesn't have great recommendations nor selection. They changed their 360 gel to something not gel-like without explaining, so it ended up in disaster. No imprinting gel (only tough gel) is a no-go for me. I found nothing there, and never do. Some shoes might look pretty, but without comfort, it's nothing. Plus the shoes are expensive - not cool."
