"We arrived @6:20pm & when we walked in the owner said the store was closed due to “moving things around” when the store is suppose to close @8pm, that should wait for after business hours or before not during & kicking out buying customers"

"Gosh I hate how this is the only convenient nearby boot barn. They are def on the smaller side. I bought some square toes a few days ago and I asked if I can get a complimentary conditioner on them. Lady on the phone said no. Meanwhile, I went to Boot Barn in Torrance to accompany a friend who bought boots there. They offered a free polish on some scuffed boots without even having to be asked. Customer service here is subpar. Inventory is not as extensive either. Only 2 stars worth."

"Awesome selection of Western outerwear. Large selection of cowboy hats for men/woman & children. Huge selection of boots for everyone but there is more Men's apparel. The prices are really high. But, the quality is what you are paying for. If you're looking for western apparel or the working on a farm look, this is your place."

"3462 Katella Ave, Los Alamitos, CA has the absolute WORST customer service; the workers were very rude; one worker named Samantha in particular had rolled her eyes at one of her coworkers about me right in front of me. The manager, I believe, also said my order would be cancelled and they’d reorder it through the warehouse because I never received a confirmation email. The confirmation email I am very aware is not their fault, but how the workers handled the situation was very unprofessional, disorganized, and most of the workers were in the back avoiding customer interaction. The manager also would make comments about how he wished he could get off early, how his team members were “lucky” to not close, or stay late, in front of customers. I should also mention that I had called this location more than 20 times within the span of an hour and a half and absolutely nobody picked up the phone, and when I had arrived in the store it was not busy, and a majority of the team members were in the back doing whatever it is they were doing, from customer perception seems like talking and avoiding customers as much as possible. I would never recommend anyone to shop here at this location, which is a shame because this is the closest Boot Barn to my home address. I wish I got the name of the acting manager, but there was an Antonio who had misled information to me regarding my order. Since I did not have a confirmation email he told me I can show up to the store location with an ID because they would have my name, information, and order details in their system, however this was all not the case! I will be writing reviews on every website I can find, I hope this location shuts down or hires members who actually do their job with less attitude. As a person who worked in restaurants, I understand how customers can be and how frustrating having a customer service job can be, especially for only getting paid minimum wage with fluctuating tips; however, their behavior, attitude, and professionalism was absolutely horrendous. Thank you Boot Barn in Los Alamitos for the absolute worst experience ever! Oh yes and when I picked up my order the box was ripped open :)"
