"The customer service here has really gone downhill, the manager stands in the front and doesn’t even greet you when you come in or when you leave. If you need a shoe you need to walk to the register because all the associates are just standing there talking to each other instead of walking around to help customers. This store seriously needs better management and associates."

"Employees were friendly and asked if I needed help and welcomed me and my son in the store. We received help from a female employee for shoe sizes and and a male employee helped look for sizes in sweaters that I couldn't reach."

"The females at this place have the worst customer service. I went to pick up some shoes and as the female went to the back to grab them, she approaches me with the box of shoes. I reach out to grab them and she passes me and sorta tosses them on the seat. My wife was there as well and was shocked and more upset than I was. This establishment does not have to be judged based on a few unprofessional staff."
