"I went to this store in the Fashion Valley mall to return a pair of shoes I had ordered online that didn't fit properly. The store was packed with shoppers but, luckily, there was no one at the check-out counter so I was able to return the shoes quickly. The person who helped me at the counter was very personable and helpful. Once I had completed my return, I wanted to speak with a Nike team member to ask them some questions about another shoe I was interested in trying but I couldn't find a team member so I left."

"Store is tailored towards lifestyle wear not performance athletes Store does not carry any of their performance shoes - No Vaporflys, Zoom Fly 5s, or Streakflys The store also does not accept any of their old shoes for recycling as of January 2024"

"Took my daughter to get some shoes for school. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. We asked the staff for a shoe to try on. Do they look at any device to check inventory? No. Do they check the actual stock. No. They just say we don’t have that size. Ok. Fine. We will look for another shoe. Ask for another one. Same story. I’m sure they don’t know the inventory of the entire store by memory. No can we find you something else. No can we check another store for availability. It was very apparent that my daughter and I were not welcome. Thankfully they sell Nike shoes in tons of other stores in the same mall. Found some nice Jordan’s at another store"
