"I had a 5 star experience today, and want to give a shout out to Mourad, who helped me. He corrected my shoe size, suggested using their machine to find out arch size and suggested a shoe and insole that were perfect for me. He patiently listened to my foot trouble to figure out what shoe and insole would work best. There were other customers too in the shop, and I could see he was serving them well too. Thanks for all the help! I recommend this shop"

"I'm currently recovering from a foot injury and had a lot of questions about my next steps with regards to my footwear. The first time I stopped by this store was earlier in August. The lady who first assisted me (forgot to get her name but I think she said she also works at the Walnut Creek location) was very helpful with all the inquiries I have about my feet situation. She even encouraged me to try to do the scan which may help me get a feel of what insole might be best for me. I didn't purchase anything at that time because I was in a camboot but left the store feeling seen, heard, and hopeful. Halfway through my medical leave, I decided to come back since my podiatrist finally gave me a go to slowly ease off the camboot. I immediately went back to the same store location and this time was assisted by Eric. He was so helpful, patient, and encouraging the whole time I was deciding on what shoes to get that will work best with my need. Overall it was a 20 out of 10 experience as I was met with very efficient, informative, and empathetic staff that genuinely wants to help meet my needs. Just want to take the time to appreciate the staff that helped me at the Cupertino store."

"If I could give this store a 10 star review, I would, but 5 stars is the highest rating. I have problem feet because one foot always swells. Mourad, who is the best salesman ever, always magically finds me the absolute perfect shoe. I feel like Cinderella after I leave here. He’s amazing and he takes his time to help you with the right shoe. It’s extremely rare to find people like Mourad. He makes you feel very happy to be here because he knows he will delight you with a great and comfortable shoe. If you are happy, he’s happy. All the staff here are super kind and very helpful. The store is beautiful and very clean. They have great sales and I adore their real leather Hobo purses. The prices are very reasonable. Their shoes, sneakers, slippers, boots and sandals are all fabulous. There are so many different selections. It’s the best, bar none. We are lucky to have such a fine shoe store nearby. If you need a great pair of shoes, stop by to see what this wonderful shop has to offer for comfortable and stylish shoes located in this shoe haven. Update: I went to this glorious store again to buy another pair of their fabulous and comfortable New Balance shoes and Angie, the saleswoman, was extremely helpful and gave me quick and exceptional service in finding the pair of shoes I exactly wanted. It’s a must go to shoe store, bar none! Another update today. This time Scott helped me and he did a magnificent job finding me a great pair of sneakers that were exactly what I needed. It was another fabulous experience in a wonderful shoe store! I would never buy shoes anywhere else."
