"Employees that work there well most of them have had attitude and were not very helpful . One occasion I paid on line to do an in store pickup. I go there and the guy was insisting on my ID when I told him the name and showed on my phone saying it's ready. He made it such a hassle and after all that ,when I got home, I realized the sensor tag hadn't been removed. So I could not wear it. The last time I had a defective shoes &the thread was unraveling.i had theshd the box the shoes and the receipt that said defective shoes within thirty days can be exchanged same item only. No prob. I went to the store and the young kid gives me attitude and says no, even though I meet all the criteria"

"Had a bad experience here. The guy assigned to help us doesn’t speak much English and couldn’t respond when we asked to try on a pair of shoes. When we asked to try on the entire pair, not just one foot, he had an obvious hesitation on his face and tried to tell use something that sounded like it’s against their policy? Then we waited 20mins for him to come back and ask us again what we needed. We didn’t feel welcomed at all at this store."
