"Room 56 is one of the best speakeasies I've visited - and I've been to a lot! The bookshelf entrance was so fun, and every cocktail was unique and perfectly crafted. I loved that the corresponding craft cocktail was included to indicate the flavor profile of the Room 56 version. The conversation starters on our table was a wonderful touch. Also, since it was a Wednesday night, the space was so calm and quiet. I'll be back the next time I'm in San Diego!"

"The drinks were amazing and the service was impeccable. The 22% automatic gratuity doesn't bother me because the service was so good why wouldn't I tip that amount (at least). All of the stirred drinks I had were fantastic. Loved the atmosphere as well. Really fun for dates or small parties. Would come back again without hesitation."
