"I recently dined at Applebee's and had an exceptional experience thanks to Alex, our server. Despite it being a busy Thursday, Alex made sure to check on our two-person table promptly. When he noticed that our food hadn't arrived while a family that came after us had already been served, he swiftly apologized for the delay and ensured our order was expedited. Not only did he bring out our food as soon as possible, but he also took the initiative to bring the situation to the manager's attention, resulting in a complimentary dessert for us. Alex's attentive and proactive service truly went above and beyond, making our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Kudos to Alex for his outstanding hospitality!"

"Alright so I’m not the type to complain but , this time I will . :) A bit bummed with our servers lack of service . We dined in and just wanted to have a nice dinner . We were also surprised to learn I can’t share a bite of food with my wife lol? I understand that “parties use the entire order as an appetizer and order consistently for their party “ however sharing a singular piece with my wife should be an entirely different situation . Server was also not stoked that we had to ask for her since we wanted our check and she was in the back most of our service . Our server was Cheyenne . Other than that every other visits been nice !"

"Went to Applebee's for my Birthday dinner. Food was good. Although the mashed potatoes tasted old. But my steak was yummy. Excellent service."

"They have a Special for 2 for 30$ which is nice entree and a main dish, we got the Buffolo wings Boneless and each got our 8oz sirlion a good selection to pick from the sirlion was Good the bourbon is something to try as well. Nice little place to come quick service for us Hopefully for everyone else that visits."

"boyfriend & I went last night & it was very busy but we didn’t wait too long to be seated. We were given water then out order was taken. We each got an alcoholic drink which were good (I loved the colada I got). The appetizer of artichoke spinach dip was ok, the chips weren’t too great, seemed like they were starting to go stale or something. Bf got 12oz sirloin, with an add on of double crunch crunchy shrimp for only $1, which he liked & I got the bourbon street steak, with the same $1 shrimp add on, which I did like also but the seasoning on the steak/ onions was a little too salty for my taste but still good."
