"I wasn’t aware I had to possibly pay extra to get my hat embroidered centered to my hats and get my silk screen the same color on shirts, jackets and pull overs. For some reason I got three different shades or red on the different items and all 4 dozen hats are not aligned to the center of the hat."

"My final product was not to my desires. Some of this is because of the limitations of direct to garment printing and some do to less-than-ideal customer service. The T-shirt Mart in point Loma offered confirmation individual mock of what the T-shirt would look like before printing. This location did not offer that."

"I had a design professionally made, emailed it to this location and informed them i wanted the design spread across the shirt. Without showing me the final product the employee began printing on the shirts i was purchasing! The design was incredibly too small and after looking over at the machine i addressed the issue and the employee at the register asked why i didn’t say something after the other employee printed the shirt and i informed them he never even showed me! All in all they refused to reprint the previously printed items. I now have $93 worth of products i don’t like. I will be calling management"

"2/5/18 I needed a shirt created last minute for my daughters ninth birthday which was on 2/6/18. I got writing on the front, back, and on each sleeve. They did not have the shirt I was looking for (baseball type shirt) so I had to run across the way and ended up getting a hooded sweatshirt. When I got back, the guy had gone to lunch, unfortunately, but he came back to finish my shirt. He got it wrong on the print a few times but we figured it out in the end and my daughter loved it. I also picked up some track shorts and tees for her at the front clearance section for $3! She sweatshirt was an okay price; if I need something last minute, I will go here again. The lady at the front is friendly and speaks loudly."
