"I hate leaving bad reviews but I have no choice. I seen the man touch the noodle hanging off the plate and throw it back on the plate while walking it to someone’s table. He then did it again to a take out plate. Not only did I see that unacceptable behavior but one of the cooks came out the kitchen with snot running down her nose wiped it with the back of her hand and proceeded to go back in the kitchen. I won’t be going back which is sad because I loved the food but I can’t eat at a restaurant that would touch someone’s food with dirty hands."

"The food overall is nice. Mostly we have it Togo. However we decided to dine there. The ambience was lacking. No soft music, just a lot of chatty workers with no regard to the half dozen customers inside. As always, explore your foodie places. Update: 09/4/22. Just had a big order to go. Got everything correct except one. Language barrier. Wanted bok choy with chicken. But rather got bok choy with the chicken noodle soup which already comes with it. Yes, I didn’t get it either, after calling them. So hence, my updated review. Next time get an itemized receipt and check your order before leaving. It just happens to us all the time. Butttttt. The food was very good. Update 9-30-23. Always good food. One of the original area Vietnamese restaurants. Our favorite . We’ve tried others, but usually come back to here. As always, post your favs. So we kind of know what’s good and what’s better."

"We were craving Vietnamese food and decided to try Saigon Restaurant for the 1st time. I ordered over the phone and my questions were all answered was helped to get all of the food and beverages down right the way I wanted. I was given clear instructions on what information to give once the food was ready to be picked up. The food was ready in 15 minutes! Let me say the Taro Boba drinks were ice cold and creamy and not overly sweet which is an A+ for us. The large soup was big enough to feed 4 of us which is a great value for your money spent. The spring rolls were big and made with fresh ingredients refreshing to my stomach will order them again along with their authentic peanut sauce."

"Food wasn't bad. But I noticed them cleaning the floor and then bringing out food. Not very clean. Also the ribs had small shards of bone in them. Coughed on one pretty hard ended up swallowing it the picture of the larger bone that's actually piece of it sticking out that was sharp. They didn't check on you very often. Out of most of the restaurants I reviewed I'd have to say this is definitely not one of my favorites. And being the top 10% of restaurant reviewers in the United States that says a lot for me not liking the place."

"I stumbled into this small restaurant with my dad and we were pleasantly surprised by the great food and attentive service from our waiter. The Wor Won Ton Soup was amazing. I love to eat and I was not able to finish the large bowl serving. The restart was clean, well kept and all of the employees were friendly. Looking forward to trying something else on their menu soon!!"
