"Do not like Kohls new return exchange policy. Even though I purchased something with my Kohl's credit card. I still needed the physical receipt in order to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size. They will no longer look up Proof of purchase from your Kohls credit card. Found my receipt, so no problem with the exchange. But wish I would have been given the option at check out for electronic receipt. Don't like to have to keep a bunch of paper receipts."
