"Wonderful service and atmosphere at NARI. Right next to the japantown square. I enjoyed the appetisers a lot but the lamb shank was not quite to my taste. Presentation was beautiful and there was a lot of flavour, but just not quite to my liking. I went in thinking it was entirely Thai, but the place is rather Thai inspired so everything was a lot more creative and thus depending on your tastebuds, you could enjoy dishes. Definitely worth exploring and finding out some really creative dishes. Oh and the dessert was incredible. Couldn’t put a finger on what exactly it was, but pleasantly surprised. Although it could have done with less ice on top."
"They have great variety of options in their menu. We ordered laab hed, prik king gai and gaeng bumbai aubergine. My husband really liked all 3 of them. I personally liked their gaeng bumbai aubergine with the rice. The eggplants were really crispy and the sauce/gravy was flavorful. I liked the other dishes too but felt the laab hed and oruk king was little salty and sour as per my taste. Prik king gai had some strong flavor, maybe of dried shrimp or something which I couldn’t enjoy much else chicken was tender. Overall our experience was good. If i could visit again, shall definitely order gaeng bumbai aubergine and will try other dishes too."
"Food was overall really tasty and a lot of things I'd never had before. You definitely need to expect a LOT of flavor profiles mixed together, but if you're familiar with Thai dishes/flavors, you should thoroughly enjoy it! The squid + pork jowl was one of the best dishes- flavors were incredible together and everything was cooked perfectly. Also really enjoyed the branzino and the eggplant curry (had just the right kick of spice for me!)."
