"On 1/10/2021 I had the worst experience at this store to make matters worse its a " KIds foot locker." I am a disabled vet and was shopping with my 5 year old son. Two young females , one by the name of " iliwen, " was assisting the other. I asked for a pair of shoes and they had me waiting for 10 minutes. While I was waiting two new customers walked into the store and asked for shoes and within 2 minutes they got their pair of shoes. I then asked them what was going on with my shoes and they said they didn't have my sons size. They had me waiting for ten minutes and instead of telling me they didn't have the size they continued to help customers that were walking in . To make matters worse I told them they had bad customer service and one of the other customers in which whom they were helping was trying to challenge me to a fight in front of his kids and in front of my son. I ignored that person and instead of the clerk calling security she was egging him on and allowed him to continue his immature behavior. I believe she knew him and was upset because I voiced that they had bad customer service. These store clerks need training in customer service and need to be evaluated and need to leave their poor attitudes at home. This is a kids store and kids and their families should feel welcomed to shop and not treat people the way they treated me. Never will I shop at kids foot locker."
