"We stopped by on a Tuesday evening without a reservation. While we are able to walk right in, there seemed to be an expectation that a reservation be made ahead of time. The place was relatively empty. Service was friendly. It was a little slow. Nice selection of drinks. However, they were out of the first three beers that I asked for. The food was good. We tried a buffalo burger and fish. Cooked well and filling. I am glad we tried it. There are a lot of options in the area, so I am not sure I would go back."
"They hosted our company dinner and offered excellent service. The food was pretty good, though we did not try many of the mains, as our meal was passed appetizers. The popular items were the ahi poke, which came atop crispy rice, and the arancini balls. The drinks were prepared well. I would return."
"Our visit to District was very enjoyable. We had a spread of appetizers that were all delicious but was highlighted by the delicious Deviled Eggs. The oysters and burrata toast was also very good and I would definitely recommend. The District has a massive menu of wine and cocktails and also offers a few non alcoholic options so it really has something for everyone. They have a great happy hour menu that we took advantage of and the staff was very friendly and attentive."
"The service and drinks are lit af, but the food we had was mid. The cocktail selection spans many different tastes and they were well put together. We also had a couple of wine flights which were delightful. The Slow Roasted Pear & Burrata Toast wasn't very flavorful as a whole. The pear was a bland flavor and there was no counter balance from the balsamic vinegar. I was anticipating it to be drizzled over the toast, but it looked like it only made it onto the plate The Maple Bacon Flatbread was pretty much just onions with a little bacon. We added prosciutto to ours which helped but we couldn't taste any maple. I hope in the future, they add way more maple to the creme fraiche or drizzle maple onto the flatbread and cut back on the onions. I don't recommend this dish at all For dessert we made the mistake of getting the beignets. These were also pretty flat on flavor. The creme inside didn't add much other than texture and the powder coating (chocolate and cinnamon I think?) overpowered the caramel dipping sauce that was provided. I think this place could be phenomenal if they revisit their dishes for a much needed flavor profile rebalance."
"Bustling hangout spot, with modern decor that has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Menu is comprised of sharable small plates, and we tried several items that were good: hanger steak, scallops, pork belly sliders, and fried chicken sliders. However, the service was suboptimal, as several orders were not processed correctly, utensils were missing, and used plates were not proactively replaced. Parking was easy, but it was a Monday night so not sure what it’s like for a weekend night."
