"Great prices and a great selection, only problem is they have HORRIBLE customer service here! All their associates need better training with customer service. I went in last week and the associate Jocellyn who was assisting me, did not know how to input my gift card as part of my purchase. She was having trouble scanning it thru so she went to ask the so called "manager" and even she couldn't figure it out. Instead she instructed her to tell me, "if it doesn't go thru then she's just going to have to use another form of payment". And to top if off, Jocellyn comes back and stated "sorry about that its cus it's the managers last day and she doesn't want to do anything today, she's ready to leave ". LOL . WOW. That's BAD customer service, as an associate you would never tell a customer this, specially coming from a manager. I couldn't believe she had just told me this. After waiting 20minutes , she finally got a way to use my gift card after asking a third associate, which then they just start having a personal conversation while ringing me up. Horrible place. Their associates are very rude and need more training."

"This place is horrible. It's not the company but the people that work in it. This is my 2nd time going in and it was the same horrible service. The girl at the register didn't even help me make my payment, she was super rude. I purchased some items and wanted to use my rewards and place cash and was rude about it, she only let me use 2 when I was able to use 3. I was so upset I wanted to cancel w everything but my daughter want the clothes. I really think that if they dont like their job they should find something else. We all have to work and make people happy."

"Everything is a complete mess! It was very hard to walk, the clothes on the floor gets stepped on and it’s sold that way, dirty. The employees are NOT helpful at all. Manager is a joke, they spend more time standing around chatting than being helpful with customers and/or cleaning up a bit. This store is disgusting, outdoors and indoors."
