"No response to calls with voice-mail and no response to emails. Not sure if they are still in business. Went with Bella Bash Rentals."
"The worst customer service I have ever worked with. I was a bartender for 15 years. Being in the industry I have worked with many companies. My friend ordered a jockey box, co2 tank and jockey box cover for his wedding. When I picked up the equipment I was told they gave away their last jockey box cover. Not sure why they would rent out a jockey box cover that they didnt have. I was also given a business card and was told by the owner that if I had any issues with the equipment to call the number and they would help me. Well, when we hooked up the jockey box and co2 tank with the supplied gasket, the co2 tank immediately leaked. I called the number on the card and left a message and never recieved a response. My friends beer ended up going flat within 2 hours of his wedding starting. It's obviously not good for the beer to go flat at a wedding. I returned the equipment and told them my issue. I was told the owner would get back to me. Well, that was almost a month ago. I have called probably 5 times. They finally answered when dialed *67 to not show my number. The owner answered and told me he was sorry and he would look into the issues and call me back. It has been 2 weeks since I talked to the owner and I have still not recieved a response. I have never dealt with customer service this bad. I will be notifying the better business bureau."
"The WORST vendor at our wedding. Communication up to the event was decent and they did show up on time. Let me list the ways they failed: - took it upon themselves to bring their own wine because they got a "better price" for "better wine" than the one I had taking my time tasting and trying and selecting. BIS confirmed they would pick up the wine I selected in the quantities I directed. We only found out because myself (the bride) went to say hi and thank you before the event and noticed the wine. - charged us for the number of bottles of wine that we asked for them to pick up. They had no count of consumption and did not send any wine back with us. - brought a 2 tap jockey when we ordered 3 kegs. 3 kegs was not a surprise to them. AGAIN WITHOUT ASKING decided to tap the small coors keg and local pale ale. Left the full Lagunitas IPA keg untapped since they only had room for 2. Clearly we wanted the more expensive beer consumed first - but maybe this way they could sell the leftover beer or drink it later (my guess). - did not bring proper coverage for the bar so the tacky red jockey was showing. - did not bring a bar sign - even though this was asked and confirmed ahead of time. Guests did not know what was available and half my family, that doesn't drink, didn't even know I had purchased sparkling water and soda. The beer drinkers didn't even know that IPA was an OPTION (which is all my husband drinks by the way)! I heard from multiple guests that they came up asking what beer and all they were told was Coors and a pale ale. Too much work to switch the jockey?! Maybe they should have asked us (or at the very least our wedding planner) which ones we wanted tapped - hmmm?! For the price I paid and the due diligence I put forth to ensure their understanding, they failed on many accounts. They did attempt to make it up, SLIGHTLY monetarily (reason for 2 stars not 0), but at that point we just wanted to be done with it and enjoy our honeymoon. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THEM OR AT LEAST HAVE SOMEONE DEDICATED TO CHECKING AND ENACTING A BACKUP PLAN WHEN THEY ARRIVE. It's been a year and I still think about how smooth everything went EXCEPT for them - they are my one wedding regret."
"BIG THANKS Beers In Sac for making our wedding more hip than us. The 6 tap chalkboard trailer was AMAZING and a huge hit! 100% chance of rain two days before our outdoor wedding. Scott came through with a miracle-- POP UPS when 8 other places were sold out. Yarcenia was an awesome point person throughout, thorough in her replies to any questions we had and a joy to communicate with. Everyone loved the trailer!"
"These people have terrible customer service. DO NOT go here. Sons wedding venue was cancelled 10 months in advance.. they have a $700 deposit... new venue requires the kids use their vendor... try to cancel 8 months in advance and they do a partial refund. Mind you there is no contract and there has only been 2 email exchanges. Apparently their time is work $100 a minute... stay away. Buyer beware. I would give no stars but then I could not post."
