"Ahi poke nachos, chili lime sweet potato fries…great appetizers i always just get them as meals. The wings are wack so is the pub burger. Not great. Beer sausages r great. The food overall is a hit for me. So is the ambiance esp outside sitting by the fire, underneath heaters."
"I love this place. Burgers are delicious, salads and also the salmon is pretty good. Also the beer is really good too. No complains about the food. However they recently changed to a waiters system and everyone seems to be lost. I came and sit for several minutes, several waiters passed by and none of them reach out or lend me a menu. I was just sitting there like a stupid waiting for them. I had to order online from the QR in the table. Honestly, just go back to the old system if you can’t handle a waiters service. They don’t know what to do (at least some of them) since I have had a nice service from one of them once."
"had a very bad and ununderstanding experience at this Restaurant on Monday, September 4th at 6 pm. I visited them with 6 guests, including my 8-year-old son who has a severe dairy, eggs and nut allergy. We knew that they don’t have allergy-friendly food for him, so we brought his own food from a fast food restaurant who provide allergy friendly food for him. And acknowledge that before we order However, they told us that we can’t bring outside food and that we have to order from their menu. They order burger with lettuce instead of buns They were very rude and disrespectful to us, and they did not care about my son’s health or safety. They said that if we don’t like their policy, we can leave. We felt humiliated and angry, so we left there and went to another restaurant nearby. I was very disappointed with them , especially since they are our neighbors. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has food allergies or who values good customer service. I give them one star out of five."
"My first impression after being here before a few times, but not since Covid. Yes, that is a marker in time when people stopped working or wanting to work. I think customer service was left behind as well. I did read where customers were confused about the order from a QR code at your open seating table. The bartender assumed I should have known that already. It was not packed or a line like others experienced, but it was a Tuesday night. Ordered at the bar since it was full and took my beer to my seat where I found the QR code to order. I'm disappointed they didn't have a porter, but they did have a stout. All in all, there is not much to report, I didn't eat so hard to tell how the food was now. The tables are the wooden ones that say CLEAN, but feel sticky as my arms rest on the warm table. I left Miguel's next door for some A/C, so I was happy it was a bit cooler inside here. Didn't like they allowed any large dogs in the main eating area. This was not a service dog or even emotional support animal."
"First off, I didn't realize that it was resturant that you stand in line and look at the menus , order while standing, then pick what table you want, sit and wait for staff to find you and never see them again. No one is waiting for tables we had to hunt down staff and get up and wonder around the restaurant looking for help. Asked for hot water and lemon, but was told they don't have hot water. Was very disappointed with the way this establishment is ran, when I go out I want to be waited on for that kind of money otherwise I'd stay home and serve myself"
