"There was a security guard quite young with blonde hair and blue eyes standing outside as we left. My friend exited with a drink she was going to finish and this young man forcefully ripped the drink from her in a very inappropriate way without any mention of why he was touching her. Not only should he have never touched her in the way he did but also you need to ask politely either finish it inside or toss it out before leaving the property. Horrible experience. Please educate your staff on how to politely address customers instead of handling them in and aggressive way."
