"Loved the atmosphere for date night. We got served quickly despite the busy night. Our drinks were a bit too sweet to drink a full drink, but I know if we asked they would have dialed it back on the sugar next time and nailed it. Seems like it could be a fun place to meet people too - pretty social all around based on the amount of standing room. Get on the list for the speakeasy in the back when you arrive if it’s a weened and they aren’t taking reservations in advance. Would definitely go back for another date night or with friends."

"At 6pm on a Friday this place was packed but we didn't wait long. Got an awesome table and people watched. Mostly younger attractive crowd but whatever. Service was really good, super friendly. Food choices were tops! Blooming onion, steak tartare, wedge salad, short ribs and sausage platter all hit just right. Plus amazing cocktails and they have several Russian River Brewery bottles including my beloved, Pliney the Elder. Great place, cool vibes, decent prices, and great portions will have us coming back often."

"I tried this place while visiting San Diego on a work trip. The steak frites was fantastic. The bartenders were extremely friendly and attentive, not to mention made some incredible drinks! The decor is super unique and cozy, look out for the attention to detail they put into this place. Highly recommend a visit if you are in town."
