"Went to dine in and sat at the bar. After a few minutes of standing and looking at us, the bartender asked us to pull out our IDs. He then left and never spoke to us again, even though he began serving people who came in after us. Nobody else spoke to us, even after trying to get staff attention. We finally left after around 20 minutes of sitting and waiting. I understand if it was crowded or extremely short staffed, but like I said, those who came in after us were receiving mixed drinks and appetizers while we hadn’t even ordered waters!"

"The food and atmosphere is just as great as any other location but the service is absolutely atrocious. I have ordered multiple times online and in person and the wait times are always astronomically longer than what they claim it to be. I think the entire management of this location needs to be changed because there are far too many reviews all stating the same issues."

"Visited this location on 11/28/23 and the wait time was very long. After me and my plus one decided to sit by the bar area hoping we get service. We noticed staff just not caring about the long wait. Why are they paying these employees to just clock in and not work? Horrible service! Also, had to approach the bartender to get a drink.. they just don’t care, they need better employees because I have never experienced such bad service from a bww location."

"Came in to grab a drink before a early movie showing at the AMC next door. I came in early in the day so there was almost no wait for service. Oscar the bartender is a pretty rad dude. Quick service. House beer is only $4.00 and some change."

"It's a nice place to sit and watch NBA games on the big screen and TV. My honest review is that we waited for more than what the waiter told us (10-15 minutes; we waited for 20-25 minutes before the waiter resorted us to the table). We didn't get the physical menu; there's QR code on the table for menu and order. We decided to leave it without the service. The waiter was male and he's nice anyways."
