Reviews
"Costumer service is exceptional. This store and its staff are a pillar to the community, they are local woman owned (unfortunate that their SF location closed) and give back to local schools. Really sweet people."
"I visited the store hoping to pick up a blazer for my son who attends Stuart Hall, and while I was informed that DENNIS doesn’t carry the uniform at their location, the sales representative went above and beyond to help me with my situation. She took the time to help me place an order online, answered all my questions and made sure that all my needs were met. The drive took over an hour, and despite not being able to leave that day with the blazer, I’m still glad I made the visit. The store is well organized and clean, and all the workers seemed to be in good spirits. I was helped by the store manager, Mila, and I appreciate her kindness and how she went above and beyond for me. Definitely recommend this store for all your uniform needs!"
"I had a return and needed to order 2 other sizes and a new sweatshirt that needed to be sent to my home. The sales person looked in back for me (w/o asking) first to check and was extremely helpful."
"I feel very uncomfortable that we are not allowed to touch anything. The only reason that we drive half hour to a store (not shop online) is we want to look around and find out what is best for us. There are only two staff, they have to be cashier and help anyone who is looking for their own size, so we have to wait to be helped even though we know where they are"
"I have been disappointed with how the company is run. I know there are logistical changes which cause delay. However, there is such poor communication that it baffles me why schools still choose this company to provide their uniforms. They closed their SF store and their only B&M location is in RWC. It's far to trek over only to realize they don't carry your school's uniform anymore except online. I think it should be stated somewhere on their website. Also, if you need the items timely, that's not going to happen; anticipate months. I ordered in the summer before school started (August). It's now October and we still don't have everything. Items trickle in very slowly. No ETA until just recently when they changed their systems. My kids are currently wearing holey sweatshirts that are too small for them because that's all we have. I am pretty sure the semester will be over before we see them come in. It's pretty ridiculous. I honestly would not shop here if I didn't have to and I hope our school chooses another vendor."
