Merry Mart Uniforms

"They need to more staff. You have to wait for 5-10 minutes to get help."

"I went to this store today. After putting the map on my phone it shows they are open and closes at 5pm so I get there doors are open and I go inside a nice young lady tells me they are closed and will open on 12/5, I proceed to apologize and walk towards the exit, there's a older man with a white beard looking at me like I'm crazy he tells me that they are closed I say to him yes I'm on my way out it's just that the map said you were open he then responds "uuuuuuuuuh no ma'am it doesn't. I just feel there was no need to be rude..I'm sorry Sr. If you hate your job perhaps having a bad day.,"

"If i can give ZERO stars i would. Had to get some clothes for my kids' school, made an order at the end of August, it is now early April and we still have not received everything. No communication (unless you email them), just a generic mass email saying that they are delayed with no time frame of actual delivery, but of course, they have our money and have had our money for SEVEN MONTHS!!! UPDATE: I emailed Merry Mart last Sunday, and coincidentally, my order was sent out on Monday (the very next day). I returned the clothes that they sent me, and i emailed the school and told them about this ridiculous situation. I jumped through more hoops, went to the post office and returned their package, and NOW they tell me that because it has been soooo long since the order was created they cannot give me a refund on my credit card, they can give me store credit (NO CHANCE IN HELL am i going back to the store again unless i have no other choice) or i can drive to the store to get my money back. I think they just try to wear people down until Merry Mart just gets to keep your money."

"Worst store ever! The only store that carries my daughters' uniform and they could care less about our business. I walked in and 5 teenagers who worked there were standing around doing nothing. They told me I needed an appointment, which they said I couldn't get until October. Seriously, 5 people standing around and they couldn't help me. So, I went home and ordered online. My receipt said my order would ship in 3-5 business days it's been over two weeks and nothing. I tried calling and got a voicemail, which was full and wouldn't allow me to leave a message. Merry Mart is really expensive so you would think they would at least try and provide descent customer service."

"I have been to this location several times in an attempt to purchase my kids school uniform. They have in store shopping but each time I've been here I've waited 2 hours or more outside in a line that barely moves. The staff isn't trained or prepared to handle adults or the COVID19 situation. When someone does come out to help they give appointments to people waiting at the back of the line instead of following the order of the line. Someone open a shop that's better than this store!"
