"I bought a tutu from the store and I tried to return it, they wouldn’t let me. First of all there was a paper on the counter that said I could return it if it was in 30 days of purchase. Second of all there reasoning for not letting me return was they said that it said no return on the receipt. Which is very dumb because you don’t get the receipt until after u purchase it so how was I supposed to know. Overall this place is very bad so DO NOT GO HERE"
"Big store. I went there looking specifically for minecraft related party goods which they had very few. They also had some sections that were low stock such as wrapping paper. It is an organized store. I wasn't impressed with selection or prices."
"Not great if you have your own balloons that you need inflated. They did a rush job and didn't seal the balloons properly so half of them had lost helium overnight before the party. We inflated a couple of balloons from the same batch at home and they are still good several days later. Given how much they charged us, it is also more affordable to get a helium cannister and diy."
"I went to buy a number balloon for my daughter's 10th birthday and they were sold out of 1s. But the amazingly kind clerk changed the 7 balloon to a 1. He is truly a genius and the best. Thanks!"
