"I went there to sell clothes all he clothes were clean stain free nice even the 65 dollar Jordan's my daughter wore 4 times they took maybe 4 things.. waste of time. Just a heads up check ur clothes the ones they didn't take alot of the clothes they didn't take had black marks on them when I know they were stain free cause I had washed them prior to going there"

"Complete waste of time don’t even bother. I brought in some baby clothes all sizes 0-3 m or 3m, a bunch of “swaddle me” brand swaddles, baby shoes etc. they let me know before hand that anything 24m or bigger they tend to take more off, okay no biggie , the lady told me that they will look through and take whatever they thing will sell at the store. Told me they’d text me when finished. The first thing I noticed was a mid 30s girl employee with blonde hair standing right at the front of the store. As I’m walking into the store she doesn’t offer to help or even hold a door open for me while i have a car seat on one side of me and bin on the other side of me trying to fit and hold the door for myself. Kind of rude but whatever. So I wait and come back about a hour later because I never received the text from them saying it was done. Out of all the nice clothes I brought I mean I’m really good condition maybe wore once I got way too much clothes for my baby shower. The lady ONLY took what was brand new which was only a few items. On top of that when I went back in nobody greets you it seems like they hate their job. So not only did they only give $15 and didn’t even seem like they bothered to look through my bin only took the brand new stuff on top. Again I had no help not even a door held for me as I struggled to take the bin I spent all day putting together on one hip and my daughter in her care seat on the other. Never again."

"I had a positive experience my first visit to Once Upon A Child . I called upon my arrival to coordinate a buy sale & trade experience . The two young ladies were professional , kind , and helpful . The store was clean and organized with great quality . I gave some gems and took home some gems ."

"I found excellent prices and excellent brand name clothes for my 9-month-old grandson. The toy selection was a bit limited but that's okay, I really went for the clothes! The ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and very nice. I will definitely be coming back! My daughter-in-law fell over when she saw how many clothes I bought for $100 she could not believe the quality. I'm sure they are picky about what clothes they buy from the public because they do not put out garbage. The clothes were amazing and I appreciate that."

"I went in recently to see what I could get for my items, wasn’t aware they don’t take bedding such as blankets for kids and stuffed animals because online it doesn’t say that at all. Waited outside for the store to open, the store manager seen me outside in the cold and didn’t say anything about not being able to take those items until I came inside with my four bins everything was organized, neat and clean. He then only took the one bin, I came back an hour later and they went through everything left the bin I brought a mess and only took some items because they didn’t “need” the rest. $20 wasn’t really worth driving from Vallejo to feel like he wanted to embarrass me in front of the other customers waiting to be helped after me."
