"I had a wonderful dinner with my kids. Our server Ricardo was very pleasant and attentive. He was on top of refills, napkins, anticipating anything we may need. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Then the manager, Rigo, came to our table and told us a our happy hour and how to become rewards members. Overall we had a great experience and yummy food."
"we visited on a Sunday and wanted a "low cost" family meal. they currently have a $10 menu which has some great options. we ordered a burger, wings and chicken Alfredo as well as butter pasta. the butter pasta was drenched in butter (I had to drain some of out). the burger was good but lacking sauce or spread. the chicken Alfredo was decent and a good portion. the wings needed more sauce and the ranch could be better. also note that they charge extra for ranch (which we weren't told) racked up almost $5 in ranch. the service was great, very attentive and our orders were quick and accurate. we would probably not come back, but the current promo is great for families."
"Everything was easily 5 star after our 2 of 3 servers took care of us and the ribs and sides were fantastic. We decided to order wings according to a sign in front that the wings were on sale Game days. When we asked about the wing special he said it was only Mondays, we said the sign said game days. He walked away to check. He came back and said, "The sign says Mondays like 3 times, do you want me to walk with you over there and show you," in a condescending tone. That was unnecessary. I can graciously accept if I missed small print on a sign, if it was said professionally. When I checked the sign, it says game days in large print and way at the bottom Mondays once, not 3 times, in small print. When you're out to relax, a rude server ruins the mood. The other servers and manager were courteous, otherwise it would have been 1 star."
"So glad to get some decent food been on road trip and been struggling with restaurants. Stopped here and had some good food and cocktails etc. Service good restaurant was very quiet. Everything was good"
"I have been to this location various times. Prior to today's visit, it has always been a great experience. However, today it really lacked the service that they usually consist of. Arrived before it got busy due to the Monday night football game, and everything started fine, but, once the crowds started showing up shortly after, it's as if me and my party became invisible to our server(s). 50% of Food orders we placed were forgotten, we waited about 25-30 min just for someone to come around to ask if everything was fine, only for us to mention to them we were missing items that we had ordered. They proceeded to tell us they would check to see what the status of it was, only for us to see him go make rounds at other tables and get those tables their drinks, then proceed to go behind the bar to pour drinks and watch the game all at once. Took another 15-20 min for our original waitress to even check on us as well. After that, it went back to EVERY staff member that happened to walk by our table acting as if me and everyone in my party ceased to exist. They'd tend to tables around/next to us and not once come to ask if we needed anything else, one guy kept walking by and would give a quick look at us and proceed to the table right next to us and ask them if they needed anything else, along with doing the same to the entire bar area when he wasn't even a waiter, but yet couldn't bother to have the same courtesy and ask me and my party. It wasn't until (I'm assuming) we were visibly upset and had already asked for the check that, ALL OF A SUDDEN, EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE, our waitress, the bartender that acted as if he was going to "go to the back to check on our missing food items", the busboy that went around asking everyone BUT US if they needed anything, the Manager, AND EVEN what appeared to be a cook helping take food to tables, FINALLY started asking us if everything was OK. I understand game days can be busy, but it's the simple fact that they happened to walk by our table MULTIPLE times in a span of 2 hours, checking on every other table around us, and only checking on us no more than 3 times that seriously upset me. They need to do better with their service. I'd give today's experience a complete 0 if it weren't for the food that we actually managed to get. Complete joke of an experience in my opinion.."
