"I’m not sure why there’s such bad reviews about this location, because I have had nothing but good experiences at this CVS pharmacy. The staff is always courteous and professional, and the pharmacist is kind and helpful. They always make me feel like they care about my health needs by working fast on my refills and promptly ordering the medication that is not in stock."

"If you're going for your booster shot make sure you have your physical vaccination card, they're on some weird power trip where they, and I quote, "will not honor a photo of the card or the QR code". Complete bull."

"First off I don't blame the people in the pharmacy. This place is a product of its own making. The only pharmacy in our town unless you want to travel 20 minutes south. Takes forever to get prescription filled and they are overwhelmed by all the orders. The store itself is in shambles. When walking in the pharmacy looks closed because they have an additional white coat who can not be bothered so the shutters are closed except for pickup window. A flu shot administered is at the pharmacists discretion for age even though when scheduling online I provide age and medical info. If you have a few days and not going out of town then use them. But in the case of an urgent refill or pickup after seeing you doctor, avoid like the plague."

"When my pharmacy closed my prescriptions was sent to CVS without my permission. I did not want to go to CVS pharmacy because of problems in the past and here we are again. The worst service I have ever received they have messed up my medication so badly that I can't even get things lined up correctly they've made me physically ill not having my prescriptions. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Shame on CVS in Cloverdale."
