"I truly don't know why I came back after over a year of saying i would never. Nothing has changed, if anything it has gotten worse. Wait staff are disengaged or have a complete lack of training. Simple drinks from the bar took over ten minutes when there were only 4 additional tables seated in the building. Food quality has gotten to an all time low and this time actually resulted in a minor case of food poisoning. Fried pickles were under cooked - onion rings were decent. We ordered a 20 piece traditional wing - four flavors ranging from their hottest (Blazin) to lemon pepper. All 4 flavors came mixed together on the same tray... This would normally be fine if I didn't have a 3 year old sitting at the table who was sharing a meal with us. Common sense should dictate maybe don't intermix these items...but hey, they gave it a whirl. When trying to explain our concern to the person delivering our food (not our waitress...not sure where she ended up) she looked very confused and stated, "but they mix the sauces in different bowls." She asked if we would like to send it back - but we all know how this was going to go at this point and decided it was probably safer and better to not risk another half hour of our day waiting for them to refire. Quality of the chicken was atrocious! Over cooked to the point where all of the skin was retraced well beyond the bone, hard and Dry...when I say dry, I mean we felt like they were rationing the sauces for D-day. These things would have had more moisture if i ordered the dry rub instead of sauce. (but i digress) We requested some additional sauce after showing our waitress the condition of the food and she was nice enough to bring us 2 small cups.....and charge us an additional $1.20. All that being said - the TV's work....the beer was cold. My favorite part tho....The previously half eaten piece of celery that was plated for me to eat. I wish I was joking. I don't know how you mess up a carrot...but they were well past their prime and slimy. As far as a response goes from the restaurant. I do not want additional work from you in filling out a form on my experience...I don't want a refund...I want another package of toilet paper (Quilted) and possibly a time machine once i can stand to go back and reevaluate some of the recent life decisions I have made when it comes to poultry products. Despite many of your customers efforts here and on other platforms literally begging for your attention on not only the quality of your food, but the safety hazard that it presents....unfortunately I will NEVER be returning."

"I love BWW. The TVs for sports, the food and BOGO deals and their rotating beers of the month. But I will not be returning to this location again to dine in. For the third time in the past couple of months my wife’s food came out before mine and each time we’ve had to go and inquire about it to get my order. Even when it’s the server that took our order who delivered her lone meal. The service is rarely good. With the exception of the night bartenders who seem to understand the concept of TIPS (to insure prompt service). Most servers don’t. I asked one once if they received any service training. They replied, “like the 7 steps of service? Yeah. But no one follows it.” And that basically the only correlation made regarding their tip is that nice people tip good and mean people don’t. We are nice people but are tired of leaving good tips for bad service. Scary that this is a training store. Thank goodness for other locations!"

"We live locally and love to hit up a place where we can sit outside and watch football. We have given this place so many chances with the service but we finally had to draw a line in the sand last night. Service is ALWAYS slow. The servers are so complacent. They just don't care. This is supposed to be a training restaurant??? Really?? I can't really blame the servers if this is how they are being trained. Top gripes 1. Tables outside are always disgustingly dirty. 2. Most of the time we have to find someone to come serve us. 3. The wait just for two beers is ridiculous. I have even had to go up to the bar to get my own beers. 4. God forbid you need ketchup, napkins, water or anything else for that matter. You will be done with your food before you get it. 5. Final straw......I got my food and had it for 10 minutes before I finally had to get up and find a manager to complain that my husband still didn't have his food! Then when we were brought our food, there was no apology or even an excuse for it! The server just acted like he was mad at us! Sorry, not sorry for wanting to eat at the same time as my husband. That was our final visit at this BWW. We will be finding a new spot for football."
