Rockridge Bar

"Has most of the atmospheric notes of actual Rockridge: an attempt to be high class but misses the mark. Food was above average for airport food at the price point. 7 taps but only one was flowing beer when I was there"

"Nice bar to kick back for a few and enjoy a drink. The food was ok but prices high for what was served. The beers are at $17 each and mixed drinks a few $more. It an airport so where else you gonna go? But this place is not a bad option."

"I really liked the breakfast burrito (it's huge) and my Irish coffee. Rather than sitting at the bar, you stand in line to order your food and drink and then wait for a table to be ready. There's no actual bar seating but they serve alcohol. I took off a star because the seating is chaotic. There are technically two entrances and everyone was using the wrong one and just sitting down. You have to use the one on the left and wait in the line. I felt bad for the bartenders who kept having to instruct people. Signage next to the non-entrance is absolutely needed."

"What is worse than having a delayed flight when you've been on the plane most of the day and being hungry? It's waiting a long time for some medicore airport food. We waited for over 30 minutes to get our nachos and turkey sandwich with a side salad. The people working the front were kind and taking orders, but not sure what was going on with the kitchen staff. After waiting 30 minutes, we got our food and started to walk to our gate. The food felt light so we checked it and found out our orderwas incorrect and didn't receive our nachos. We had to bring it back and had the staff helping us go to the back to get it corrected. Looking at the food, it definitely should take long to make."

"Wow. If you don’t see the 12x12 sign at only “one entry” to WAIT to be called on, you will be publicly humiliated and treated like a beggar by staff!! Last time I pay $17 for a draft Heff!! Chill out lady! And get your signage up to par so customers know what “you” want!! Horrible customer service."
