"Excellent interaction through to delivery on a Bollman Hat Company, Heritage Collection 1910s Montana Peak Campaign Wool Felt Hat. Have been searching for one of these iconic hats for years (filtering through the aftermarket knockoffs and cheaper quality versions out there), and I was not disappointed at all in the evident quality of this vintage Bollman edition reproduction of the original hat that Bollman first produced early in the last century. Sizing advice on website was accurate. Hat quality is exceptional, stiff felt, beautiful lining. Very efficient online purchase interaction through to sale and eventual delivery for a remote out-of-country purchase transaction to north of state-side. Condition was assured and very efficient delivery, exceptionally careful in packaging to assure the hat survived the lengthy shipping journey north to Canada. "Based on their sizing, I ordered a Large. I was right on the cusp with Medium, and figured if it's slightly big, it's easier to adjust than if it's too tight. The hat was FAR too big, resting on top of my ears with the crown resting on the top of my head. I filled out the form for an exchange, and even included written instructions in the box with the return. 10 days went by without any notification, and USPS showed the package had been picked up 8 days ago, so I called the store. According to them, they had just issued a refund this very morning! I was a little upset, especially since I had ordered this to have for an upcoming performance this week and their ground shipping probably won't be here for 5-7 days. I was told I could pay extra for expedited shipping. When I pointed out their shipment wouldn't be here in time because of THEIR error, I was told they don't offer that service even in a case like this. I have to say the customer service rep wasn't particularly sympathetic, offering to hang up and let me order again online, and I had to repeat simple responses several times. Since I had to pay for the return, this is already pushing the budget I had set aside for this. I know the original hat seemed good quality; I just hope this LATE replacement fits!!!"

"Waited almost a month for two hats that should have been here two weeks ago. Had to go to the post office to pick up the package myself. I ordered a porkpie and a boater hat. Somebody shoved the porkpie into the boater, completely wrinkling the band and denting the hat all around. The boater was dented pretty badly as well. The box had gotten smashed somehow. This is the last time I ever order anything from these people."
