"I recently had takeout at this Chinese restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. If you're expecting a menu with 2-3 entrees that come as a set, this is not the place for you. Everything here is separate – sides, entrees, drinks, you name it. While I appreciate variety, the issue arises when the pricing doesn't align with the quality offered. I opted for the Orange Chicken and the House Special Beef, which supposedly boasts Angus Beef. However, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Angus Beef claim. In fact, I was so disappointed that I took the step of submitting a complaint to the BBB, suspecting that several advertised aspects of this place might not be accurate. Regrettably, I have to be honest about my experience – the price point does not justify the quality of the food. In comparison, a visit to Panda Express would likely provide better value for your money. Despite the convenience of a quick turnaround on a Tuesday night, where my food was prepared within 10 minutes, this was the only positive aspect of my visit. It's disheartening to share a negative review, but I believe in transparency and providing honest feedback. In conclusion, if you're seeking a Chinese restaurant that delivers on both quality and value, you might want to explore other options. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to the expectations. While it may seem harsh to put them on blast, my intention is to share my genuine encounter and help others make informed choices when choosing where to dine."
"First time, I got the house special beef. Get that, it seems a little pricey, but it tastes like fine dining. Definitely coming back, my expectations are high now for the rest of the menu haha. Take out only, chairs for waiting, but no place for eating. They accept card too."
"Food is good and fresh. Had the chow mein pint for $7. Could have a few more vegetables in it. All noodles."
"Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had plus terrible customer service. Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can’t drink it through. They don’t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return. Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll."
"I was reluctant to even order from this place due to the unusal low score but I decided to give it a shot anyway and boy, was I proved right. The person taking my order over the phone was polite, courteous and fast. When I went to pick up the food at around 10pm on a Sunday night, the place was clean, tidy and well-lit. The food was nicely packaged in a large bag and upon arriving home and taking out the takeout (no pun intended) I noticed the portions were generous and filling. The food is fresh, delicious and is above-average when it comes to fast food Chinese. I ordered the House Chow Mein (highly recommended) the Orange Chicken (one of the best I've tried) and the Honey Walnut Shrimp (truly worth the extra money). Highly recommended price for reasonably-priced but very delicious Chinese takeout!"
