"Unacceptable service. One person in our group wasn't drinking so ordered a water from the bartender, the bartender said no and walked away (not e.g. redirecting to a water pitcher or cooler, if there was one out). First time I've ever seen that happen, and I thought it was illegal not to serve water. This was a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago and it wasn't super packed, and the rest of our group was drinking so I really don't know what the problem was It's a shame because I otherwise like the bar"

"I went here for Halloween this year and it was just ok, the bar was severely understaffed with only 2 bartenders around most of the night, 2 others appearing intermittently. Drinks were crummy, no specials or cocktail menu in sight. Music was meh, atmosphere just ok. Closed early on a super busy night, lame"

"Noon-time cocktails usually not my thing, but the bar tender & owner steered me towards trying a Powers Irish Whiskey; which was super smooth. Had a great experience, and look forward making this a regular SF watering hole for watching Giants games. I hear the Tiki Cocktails are to die for.."

"I liked the feel of this bar. Pretty open space (but when we were there it was jam packed for a special event). The decor is nice and it feels like a very classic, cozy authentic bar. There are a couple rooms to be in, but the bathroom is pretty small. Line took about 10-15 minutes (but again it was an especially busy night)."

"Very cool Irish bar. Amazing decorations and details everywhere. So many history and crazy items around that you can easily br lost paying attention to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an great experience and had fantastic drinks. If you are around in San Francisco and wants to try a bar with a different ambiance, this place definitely offers it."
