"In the mood for something different, I went with the Mabo Ramen at this Japanese spot. The texture and flavor brought a unique twist to my ramen experience. It's funny how it reminded me of savoring a hearty bowl of chili, but with that distinct ramen twist. It's described on the menu as a soy sauce ramen with mabo tofu (Japanese gravy with tofu, chopped BBQ pork pieces, and green onions). It was a solid choice, and I would definitely order it again. The blend of flavors made it a memorable dish."

"I gave a 5-star review to Gomen before, and unfortunately, this time, it will be a 3-star review. The spicy champon lacked flavor this time. I am not sure if the management has changed. The usual owner wasn't there today when I visited. We were seated and ordered first. My food arrived a good few minutes before my husband's arrived. In between,another table's noodles were served, which it had never happened before to us when the owner was there. I will still go back to give them another chance since I have been there since the early 2003, and this is the only time that was not to perfection."
